Yoga Tips for beginner
- Drink a glass of warm water before you start your class
- Yoga clothes should be comfortable in any body twisting
- Over eating and fasting should be avoided. Balance your diet
- You should not get the feeling of pain or discomfort during your yoga class
- Don’t start with the tough tasks. Begin with the easy postures and then proceed to the difficult one.
- Be punctual to the yoga class because each poses are done in sequence for reasons.
- If you are late for the class, wait for a few minutes before joining the class.
- Be sure to tell your yoga instructor if you are injured
- Design an area to practice yoga at home.
